I am Olga. I am a multi-disciplinary creative. My projects range from brand identity to consumer software development, to physical product design. My clients include Billboard, Jet.com, Adweek, and Verizon, among others.
Regardless of vertical, my work is driven by two key principles: achieve client objectives, and create compelling user experiences.
Paintzen
Market research, UX/UI design and development
Paintzen makes it easy to get your home or office painted by a trustworthy professional at a competitive price. The “Uber of home painting” scaled quickly, but its website lagged behind. It was clunky, difficult to navigate and struggled with conflicting messaging that targeted too many different audiences.
Marching Ant completely recreated the site’s UX and UI design, helping funnel homeowners, DIYers, commercial clients and trade professionals to the appropriate sections of the website, reducing bounce rate and improving the customer experience. We streamlined the order process to make checkout as seamless as possible.
A user experience tailored to the needs of each individual audience resulted in a significant increase in conversions, not to mention a more enjoyable onsite experience. In 2018, Paintzen was acquired by PPG Industries for $75 million.
